I have just come to the realization that i haven't updated in a week and a half or better. Not like ir teally matters, ya know, but still.

Not much going on--no great camper fires or other dangerous disasters on the horizon for this family...yet. *knocks on wood* Been having severe writers and artist's block lately--don't know why. Little tidbits will get through the fog but i never find anything good to put it into. I've lost my laptop--i'm on the desktop right now. We got wireless so i don't see Suzy as often as i'd like anymore--Mom and/or Dad (Kim) kidnaps her and I don't get her back for the rest of the day. They're talking about getting a new one for themselves so i just hope that they do it soon cuz i want my computer back!!!

Reading a lot lately to make up for the severe blockage. Breezed through the Vampire Diaries series--trying to get through the latest one Vampire Diaries the Return: Nightfall right now. It's good--it's about the same size as two of the other ones but it's good at keeping my attention in short bursts. Didn't even make it past the foreward with The Shack. Just didn't capture my interests.

It's been really cloudy and rainy out here in the middle of nowhere for the last day and a half. It's soothing. My siblings were here for the summer and they had to go back last Friday--it rained almost nonstop through the whole day. Kind of like the sky was crying for us. It's funny--you think you'll relish the silence but it just chokes you until you learn to live with it again. Same with the light. I'm so used to the darkness and being so content with it that when i have to get up and go upstairs, it's so bright it gives me a headache. I'm half tempted to get oversized sunglasses to wear on a permanent basis.

Jeez, here i am being all melancholic and dragging everyone down. On a lighter note, i applied for a couple of jobs yesterday. a few looked promising but i'm not getting my hopes up. maybe i'll get it--i hope so. I need to get out of here and fast. It's slowly driving me mad.

Played Neverwinter Nights: Diamond about a week ago. Anyone who likes D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) or Role-Play should look into it. It's great. I breezed through Kingmaker the other night. It was awesome. I even got a Flaming Dwarf to fall in love with me XD. He was literally on flames. Complete perv too but ya know, i seem to attract that sort. Anyway, yeah. I'll leave you all on that note, I think. I don't really have much more to say.
